To contract with UK E Cycles, you must be at least 18 years of age. UK E Cycles reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion. When placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the payment method provided, and that sufficient funds are available to cover the total cost of your purchase. All advertised prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received your order. Please note that this email serves only as confirmation of receipt and does not constitute acceptance of your order. UK E Cycles reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion prior to processing.
A binding contract for the purchase of goods will only be established once your payment has been approved, the prices have been verified, and your order has been processed and dispatched. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once this has occurred.
For orders containing multiple items, please be aware that these may be dispatched separately and at different times. Receipt of a dispatch notification applies only to the items included in that particular shipment and does not constitute acceptance of the full order until all items have been dispatched.
Pricing and Availability
We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions and prices listed on this website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of any item you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to either confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. Warranty
We offer a 6-month warranty on all our products.
Warranty exclusions:

Coverage applies only if the manufacturer determines that the product is faulty due to a manufacturing defect.
We reserve the right to recall or inspect any product if we or the manufacturer believe a manufacturing defect may exist.
If a warranty claim is approved and a repair or replacement is provided, the warranty period will remain tied to the original purchase date — it does not reset or extend.
Our warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and does not apply to resold products. Warranty coverage for resale applies only to verified wholesale customers.
All warranty repairs are carried out by us; however, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

Product Specifications
All published specifications and product suitability information are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. UK E Cycles cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice provided regarding the compatibility or suitability of parts used for repairs.
We strongly recommend that all spare parts are installed by a qualified or competent technician and in full accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. UK E Cycles will not be held liable for any damage caused by improper installation or fitting of parts.
Before attempting to install or repair any product, please read our Warranty Conditions carefully. UK E Cycles cannot accept responsibility for any damage or voided warranties resulting from unauthorised installation or repair attempts. Some manufacturers’ warranties may require fitting by a certified cycle technician.
Please note that we do not offer any warranty for products purchased with the intent to resell.
Availability / Estimated Delivery Times

Payment
Payments made through our website can be completed securely using Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), Maestro, PayPal, or Klarna.
We reserve the right to dispatch orders only to the registered billing address associated with your payment card for security purposes.
If you choose to pay via a finance option, please note that your order will not be dispatched until all required agreements and signatures have been verified and approved.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) . Prices may be adjusted in the event of manufacturer pricing changes. If such changes occur and are not acceptable to you, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Payments made by credit/debit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay are processed at the time of order. In the event of an issue with stock or delivery, your payment will be refunded promptly, although refunds may take several working days to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.

Uk E Cycles Terms and Conditions shall be governed in accordance with English Law. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Disclaimer Buyer Acknowledgement and Release of Liability
By purchasing products from UK E Cycles, the Buyer agrees to release UK E Cycles and anyone acting on its behalf from any liability, whether expressed or implied, arising by law or otherwise, that may result from the use of these products. All products over 250 watts and capable of exceeding 15.5 mph are intended for off-road or competition use only . On two-wheel vehicles such as bicycles, electric bicycles, or two-wheel electric-powered vehicles, and must be used on private land with the landowner’s permission. Public roads, highways, and byways are not permitted.
The Buyer acknowledges that lithium batteries are hazardous and must be stored, used, and charged safely. Batteries should not be taken into homes, offices, workplaces, or schools. No other uses of the products are intended or implied. They should not be charged over night or while sleeping. If the charger/battery becomes damaged or faulty to your knowledge do not continue to use it.
Installing a conversion kit involves mechanical and electrical work. Improper installation can cause damage, malfunction, or serious injury. Uk E Cycles is not responsible for any harm, accidents, or damages resulting from. Incorrect installation, Improper use, Modifications to the kit or bicycle and Use of incompatible bicycle components. We strongly recommend installation by a qualified bicycle technician.
By installing or using a conversion kit from Uk E cycles , you agree to the following:

Installation must be done correctly. Improper setup can cause injury or damage. Professional installation is recommended.

Not all bicycles are suitable for conversion. Check compatibility before use.

Follow all local e-bike laws any motor above 250 watts and can exceed 15.5 mph should not be used on uk roads.

You assume all risks associated with riding a converted e-bike, including mechanical failure or accidents.

Manufacturer is not liable for damage, injury, or legal issues resulting from installation, modification, or misuse of this product.
Use at your own risk. Inspect your bicycle regularly and ride safely.
The Buyer also understands that UK E Cycles disclaims all warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer and is not liable for personal injury, vehicle damage, expenses, or damage to property or third parties. UK E Cycles will honour the manufacturer’s warranty for a minimum of six months from the date of purchase for defects in materials or workmanship. The Buyer agrees that neither UK E Cycles nor the manufacturer will be responsible for labour, travel time, removal, reinstallation, or any related costs, even when a manufacturer’s warranty applies.
All e-bikes/ebike kits we sell are designed for riders with a maximum weight of 110 kg. Exceeding this weight limit may result in mechanical or electrical stress beyond the intended design specifications. Please note that any damage caused by operating the e-bike with a rider above 110 kg will void the warranty. Additionally, damage resulting from motor overload—whether due to excessive rider weight, improper use, or operating conditions—will not be covered under warranty.
